What’s Included

One (1) Dealer Table (6 ft)

Two (2) chairs

Two (2) dealer wristbands for entry

Early setup access during Dealer Setup Hours: 8:45 AM – 9:59 AM

Additional dealer wristbands may be purchased for $5 each.

Dealer Space

Dealers must remain within their designated table space.

Please respect the vendors beside you and practice proper dealer etiquette at all times.

Power Usage

Power outlets are not available for dealer use.

Any unauthorized use of outlets will result in a $500 electric fee.

Setup & Logistics

Tables and chairs are provided (1 table, 2 chairs).

Food & drink vendors are not permitted.

Outside alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.

All products and services must adhere to a PG-16 rating.

Final table layout and location assignments will be coordinated via email five (5) days prior to the event, based on the order in which tables were purchased.

Early bookings receive priority table selection during the placement process.
