Booth Space

• Vendors are required to stay within their designated Table. Please be mindful of vendors beside you and ensure you're practicing great vendor etiquette.

Power Usage

• Power outlets will not be available for vendors. A $500 electric fee will be imposed on vendors using outlets.

Setup

• 1 Table and 2 Chairs will be provided

Products/Services

• Food & Drink Vendors are NOT permitted
• All products/services must adhere to a PG16 rating

Layout & Location

• 5 days prior to the event we will work with you via email, based on order of tables purchased to identify the best location for your booth/ booths.

Vendor Appreciation

• Breakfast will be provided for vendors keep a look out for emails regarding more details.
